We begin by providing a layout of the album proof based on the number of spreads. Proofing is done through a web interface allowing for image changes, spread additions or deletions, and comments for other updates. Leather choice and color is selected based on the current options from Serendipity Albums and the final album is ordered for production. It typically takes about 4-6 weeks for final delivery once ordered.

We don’t deliver RAW or unedited images. Your gallery is carefully curated and professionally edited to reflect our storytelling style and ensure every image looks its best. You’ll receive a full collection of high-resolution JPEGs in both color and black & white, along with a full printing release—so you’re free to print and share your photos however you’d like.

A full shot list isn’t required. We are very thorough and naturally document the wedding day as it unfolds, including details, décor, and meaningful moments. If there’s anything especially important to you, we are always happy to know.
The only list we do need is a family group photo list. That helps keep family portraits organized, efficient, and stress-free so you can get back to enjoying your day.

We focus exclusively on photography, so we don’t offer video or content creation ourselves. That said, we have a trusted list of videographers we’re happy to recommend if you’re looking for a more traditional wedding film.
