Over the years we've photographed couples across San Antonio and the Hill Country, and we've come to believe the location matters less than the two people standing in it. Still, the right setting gives a session atmosphere. It sets the pace, the light, the mood.

Iconic San Antonio Spots

The Pearl Historic brick, string lights over cobblestone, a mix of quiet courtyards and lively market energy. It's one of the most requested locations we shoot, and for good reason. Quiet and Overlooked Corners

San Antonio Botanical Garden We've photographed weddings here, and the same qualities that make it work for a ceremony make it work for engagement photos: variety. Palm and cycad groves, open lawns, formal gardens, and quiet paths all within the same afternoon. It's one of the more underused spots on this list for engagement sessions specifically, even though it shows up constantly in our wedding work.
